My mother brought me to my first yoga class when I was 11 years old and it changed my life forever.

Yoga is a state of mind and it's a meditation. The asana’s are just ways to help deepen that meditation. Over 20 years later, I find myself guiding others in practice and I couldn't be more grateful and lucky to be able to. 

Where attention and focus goes, energy flows. In Far Out classes we find strength in movement. And stillness in being totally present on the mat. We focus on syncing our movement entirely with breath. And find peace by letting go of everything outside of the door. 

Coming up with new flows each week and marrying different styles together that I’ve learned over the years from Ashtanga to Bikram and traditional Vinyasa poses is my heart. Far Out is exactly how it sounds.. we play, have fun and we try and learn new things about ourselves, together. 

Yoga is a workout for our minds, our bodies and our souls. 

Oh and did I mention my delicious playlists?!
